She is a prime example of the black segment that was raised as a victim.

Nothing can fill the chip on her shoulder.

What about the guy who is worried about Guam flipping upside down

if too many American soldiers are transferred there?

Isn’t he the prize winner? Hank Johnson?

In a discussion regarding a planned military buildup on the Pacific island, Johnson expressed some concerns about the plans to Adm. Robert Willard, head of the U.S. Pacific fleet.

“My fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize,” Johnson said. Willard paused and replied, “We don’t anticipate that.”

Online pundits have wasted no time lampooning the congressman for his remarks.

{snip}

According to the Hill, a spokesman for Johnson responded to the incident by saying the congressman is concerned the influx of military personnel will overwhelm the island’s infrastructure and ecosystem.

Granted, George Bush can rightly be blamed for foisting the TARP bailout on us as his "adios" on the way out the door,

I believe this is factually incorrect. TARP I was $200B to $300B and was only for failing banks. The intent was to keep the financial system from collapsing. TARP II was the democrat congress's creation and spent an additional $787B on everything in sight.

Am I remembering this wrong?

Dumb , maybe. Seemingly uneducated, yes.

But, it wasn’t that she got money channeled to a bank her husband had a financial interest in. It was that she did not disclose it, as required by law.

Now, when challenged about it, her response is, “Why should I have to disclose it? I am black.”
