Meaning of course that any boosterism for Republicans is an abomination (to him).

According to the Democrats, only the government is good as long as they [Democrats] are the government. And the peasants are their property.

The sad truth is, each day that passes, more and more people[peasants]are willing to be owned by the Democrats.

The silver lining, if there is one, to the otherwise black cloud is that soon after obama care kicks in, the elderly pesants that so gladly sold their souls to the Democrats will be liquidated by the Democrats.

The problem is not "corporations taking over democracy". The problem is government taking over corporations.

Exactly. Not to mention driving entire industries out of business.

The Bummer is soooo wise that he can tell most of the people what they want even when they say they don’t want it!

Doesn’t it stink that the Rats’ new (old, really) scapegoat is the source of a whole lot of US jobs? What’s the alternative to “business”? Government regimented labor everywhere? Seems that’s been tried and has always proven a colossal fail.

By decrying “corporate takeover of democracy”, does UhBama mean like the Friends of Angelo program run at Countrywide Mortgage?

From The Hill:

Senate ethics panel takes new look at Countrywide loans
By Susan Crabtree - 08/12/10 06:00 AM ET

The Senate Ethics Committee is re-examining the participation of senators and staffers in a controversial VIP mortgage-lending program at Countrywide Financial Corp, according to a source familiar with the panel’s activities.

The Ethics Committee in recent days has begun to look into new information about Senate involvement in the Countrywide loan program, the source said.

In mid-July Sen. Bob Bennett (R-Utah) agreed to assist the ethics panel after learning that senators or Senate staff received at least 30 Countrywide loans that offered sweetheart deals of special treatment. ...

Cannot interrupt vacation to speak to the country after a thwarted attempt to take down an airplane (no thanks to him or his admin—Have we officially thanked the Dutchman?).

...or does he mean when an AlGore backed firm is “awarded” a $529 million loan to build electric cars... in Finland?

... or does he mean when Democrats were favored to be able to keep their Chrysler dealerships when they closed a lot of ones that, by chance, were owned by Republicans?

"So we’re going to continue to fight for reform and transparency."

two perfectly deceptive words that the great deciever favors:

"reform" implies a change for justice and fairness, the Obama context means a change to marxism

"transparency" implies that is in full view, when transparent actully means that it is invisible.

perfect deception
