While statements were being taken by other eyewitnesses, Benjamin was quickly hand-cuffed and arrested.Arrested for what? She apparently was let into the house and stated why she was there.

Exactly, why was she there, what did the letter actually say? I'm sure she didn't leave when asked, these people never leave and tend to provoke. These are some of the most out-to-lunch, rude, and awful people.
