Billybob was not only a loyal Freeper, he was also a fellow North Carolinian and an active patriot. Thanks for all you did Billybob.
Prayers up for John “Billy Bob” Armor and his family.
I’m so sorry to hear this. I was on vacation last week and not aware that this had happened. The last I’d heard he was doing well and thought his cancer was licked. Prayers for a great Freeper and his family. RIP!
Same for many of us here... he'll be missed.

Thanks! Wish I could be there! John and I freepmailed each other irregularly through the years, me under different screen names. I am already missing his commentaries here on FreeRepublic.
RIP, Congressman BillyBob, one of the greatest FReepers, hands down.
I’ve returned to FreeRepublic after a bit of a sojourn and was shocked and saddened to hear of John Armor’s passing. Reading through the well deserved tributes on this thread I couldn’t help but add my own appreciation for all that he did for his country, the cause of freedom and justice, and Free Republic.
Thanks and God Bless John: Your expertise and wisdom will forever be missed by me and so many others.
Better late than never! Welcome back. I dont get here frequently like I once did.
John was a fine man
He was an outstanding Freeper particularly in the early 2000's. His loss is felt. RIP Congressman BillyBob.
John, BillyBob, I am so sorry to hear of your passing from this life.
I remember your excellent work before the Supreme Court, as well as your excellent brochure.
I trust I shall see you in glory in our afterlife.
Love
