Good on you! Of the 15 bucks/hour you loose in salary, how much will you gain in tax deductions and no union dues? Might be surprising...
In my short stint working for the county government, I was stunned by the amount of dues deducted. WOrked part-time- dues were same as full-time! It’s really highway robbery.
