One of the job stewards down here (not my husband’s local, but knows him) his son was killed on 9/11. People can scream this is a local issue, it’s not.
This is a situation like nothing else we’ve seen. All it takes is for one local up there to refuse to work and the job is shut down. It’s highly unusual for Conservatives to support anything Union - in this case we’ve got to support the members who will not work this job and help them put pressure on the leadership.
People can scream this is a local issue, its not.Of course it's not, it's a deliberate insult to our whole nation.
Any ideas on what an average citizen outside NY can do to show support for the union members refusing to build, or to encourage the undecideds?
