Heard Rudy Giulianni on the Today Show yesterday (I was stuck in a waiting room at the VA - it wasn’t voluntary...) addressing this -
“This is New York with more than 10% unemployment - they’ll find people to build it...”
This is New York with more than 10% unemployment - theyll find people to build it...
Isn’t it illegal to have non-union workers building something like this?
And I’m willing to bet that they’ll charge through the nose for building it, plus it’ll fail every single inspection multiple times, and then at the very end... they’ll find that the foundation was improperly set, so it would all have to be torn down and rebuilt.
And if the Mosque sponsors want to find a different company to build it... I’m sure that there will be a friendly judge that’ll find the sponsors in breech of contract.
Then, after wasting all that money, the sponsors might get the message. If not, there will probably be a number of companies they’ll have to go through... and a number of decades worth of construction before they finally just give up.
:-P
