Funny thing about trying to “go non-union” in a major city. You can’t get material. Concrete truck drivers are all union. You are going to have a hard time erecting and operating your tower crane. Mechanical and electrical Master Journeymen are needed on code certified work — good luck finding open shop subs that employ more than one or two. Most truckers won’t cross a picket there as well.
I have fought this battle in cities a lot smaller and it is pretty easy to loose.
If the muzzies can figure out how to hijack 4 planes with box cutters and fly them into the WTC and the Penatagon they can figure out a way around the union sh*theads.
