If anyone wants to see a prime example of a state constitution and legal system as a suicide pact, look at California. Their legislature and judges have found a million reasons why spending has to increase and can’t be cut. I’m sure this will be found “unconstitutional” or in violation of worker rights too.
Dead on target the democrat controled legislature has ruled for years and it never gets better yet the sheep still vote for them,I guess they will have to get to the point when they can’t put a down payment on a hot lunce before they change.
