Personally I would put the blame on the government for confusing the issue of marijuana use. IMO it should be treated like any ordinary vegetable crop.
Heh, I am an avid gardener, and I was thinking of growing some in my basement so I could avoid the whole black market - creepy guy down on the corner situation, but then with my luck I'd get bagged for trying to grow my own.
I decided against it but I did some research online. There are sure a lot of stoners out there growing weed in closets, basements, cabinets, even in old computer towers. These dudes are stealth! But they grow it to get high. I just want the medicine, and it is crying shame I have to fear the law in order to have it.
