Ah a “noisy” withdrawal by their auditors is not a good sign either. The old CPA firm (a good one) probably found old Dov is cooking the books. Wonder if he will flee to Israel first. Or that other Israeli con man hiding out in Africa from that tech company.

American Apparel was and is ALL HYPE. I have kids in the ages that could actually wear their stuff, and I went in their stores in Paris and in DC! Same junk, the thread color didn’t even match the article, and not because it was ‘Chic’, but because whatever sweatshop worker was sewing never bothered to change the bobbin, (or sew straight.)
One wash and it got ‘pilly’ like the cheapest knock off.
