That's not the pattern being described in this article. This deals with the pattern resulting from years of Muslim immigration, and the increasing levels of antisemitism that brings to every nation where the Muslim population becomes significant.
It also happens in nations where those things you mention are not legal. It's happened in some US communities and college campuses on a smaller scale. But it'll get worse if current trends in the US continue, and idiots like Bloomberg keep helping it along.
