I think employers have realized that they can currently operate with fewer employees which allows them to increase the bottom line and prepare for Obamacare.
If people can’t afford to buy product, employers won’t make more product so they have no need for more employees. So your statement is absolutley true.
Regardless of Obamacare; employers have always known they can operate with fewer employees.
