Well if the Church is private property why are they referencing the law about burning books in public? I dont understand why the church is being threatened with a fine I mean to say I undestand why the fine threat is there as in intimidation but it seems as if they do it in private the law would be mute——

They are probably planning to do it in the parking lot in full view of the public. The law is unconstitutional on 1st amendment grounds to begin with. The resulting law suite against the county should provide lots of new “material” for the church to burn in the future.
