Rauf starts his tour Thursday in Bahrain and ends it in the United Arab Emirates Sept. 2. At each stop he is expected to discuss Muslim life in America and promote religious tolerance.

On his upcoming trip, Rauf will be in Manama, Bahrain, from Thursday until Monday; Doha, Qatar, from Aug. 24 to Aug. 27 and in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates from Aug. 28 to Sept. 2.

(I hope someone is following this guy..who is he meeting with, what is he saying?)

Can someone explain how in the sam hill this guy is getting standard federal reimbursement for his travel expenses? Is he a government employee? A government contractor of some kind? Why is he getting taxpayer money to go on a fundraising mission? Is this legal? Who authorized it? This doesn’t pass the “smell” test.

I’ve thought the same thing. I’ve wondered if someone can “tail” him and attend all the meetings that he holds - I’ll bet they’ll be private and strangers would be noticed immediately.... Would the State Department not monitor the trip and meetings? Silly question!

Sorry, but Infidels aren’t allowed in the Mosque. So the CIA will have to wait outside.
