Will Republicans Save Us? Democrats can't escape blame for the economy; try as they might, they are not getting points for running up debts without job creation. Democrats don't want to talk about themselves ......and Republicans are not telling us much, either..... There's a saying in Republican politics: when your opponent is committing political suicide, it's not polite to step in and help him.
