According to wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikoyan-Gurevich_MiG-21 most are single seaters, but Tbilisi manufactured the twin-seaters both for export and for the USSR.

It would be more interesting if it was a twin-seater, do they have that in NK?

Right. We could entertain the possibility that there is another guy on the run in Chinese country side. But I don't know one way or the other.
