That's fine eating.
Just need the secret beer batter recipe.
1 egg
1 cup Bisquick
Beer
Dry the fillets, then dunk and deep fry at 350 (not higher).
About 2 minutes, or until golden. Drain on cooling rack.

Try some Vadalia onions with this batter.
