Anyone notice that CNN is the channel of choice for TVs in doctors’ offices, waiting rooms, and the like? It’s never The Fox News Channel which apparently is deemed as too partisan.
Yeah, I noticed that 20 years ago.
I have noticed lately that FNC is on a lot of places. In fact, I was in Branson Airport last week (Branson is a really great place - I can’t recommend it too highly) and they had a giant TV with Glenn Beck.
I got his whole show in before my plane left.
They have it because the TV is provided at no cost to them but they have to leave it on CNN. The place I have my car serviced said their corporate office made the decision to subscribe because it “keeps their customers entertained”. Guys said on a slow day or when they know their customers who are waiting personally they change channels.
When on travel for business, I found a $5 Universal Remote from Walmart allowed me to erase the CNN channel from memory in most of the "Breakfast Rooms" during my stay there.
Operation: "Blackout Moonbat TV" worked many times. ;-)
