Al-Qaida wasn’t attacking NYC, they were attacking America. And though you weren’t here yet, you should be aware that at least two Freepers (that we know of!) died in action that day.

I was not disputing the target of Al-Qaida, although now I will in insisting that they were specifically attacking NYC, New York State, and The United States jointly.
This part of the Defense of New York however falls excursively upon the shoulders of New Yorkers. They nether need our help nor should they desire that help given the long term consequences of such outside interference.
