It was lost when congress didn't have the guts to remove Clinton. It was lost when Newt and others were bribed with their sexual indiscretions. It was lost when a lying sexual abuser was re-elected over an honorable disabled war hero with decades of public experience and testing. It was lost when OJ was not guilty. We have no moral compass left except "what is in it for me".

I think there’s still a small chance to regain our Republic. It’s on the very brink of the abyss.
I think very rough times are ahead but we may regain what we’ve lost yet.
