Looks different than mine that was issued in 2007. Mine shows “sex” before Place of Birth and also you should be able to see at least the beginning of his passport number, which it doesn’t look like they attempted to blur that out. This is probably an expired passport and the dates would give too much information to anybody who is trying to find the goods on this puppet!
if what you are saying is true then why would they be blurred out? would not those dates be fairly innocuous? im curious!!
