Among voters over 30, Obama got just 50% to McCain's 48%.

Obama will get the young to run the death panels. Once the seniors and older baby boomers are dead there will be plenty of money to go around.
I think your numbers might be correct, however, Since the voter over 30 is pretty inclusive, it is misleading. I read somewhere that it was a “grey” vote that elected 0bama since the young vote, no matter how disproportional, was still relatively small compared to the elder vote.
