These aren't Rahm's people in this paper ~ but the article could well be based on false information.

Remember, if true it makes Bloomberg look like a "sch~~~k" ~ which their editorial board probably would like to do. If it's false, they have enough caveats in the piece to get away with avoiding criticism.
