Since the call lasted no more than 2 minutes, and he only answered one question, I fail to see any justification in his attitude. Perhaps you can enlighten me on why this man is in the position of Supreme Court clerk, and is given to outbursts of impatience, and there is absolutely no justification to hanging up.
You do have the inalienable right to your opinion and in your attempted defense of some individual with whom you are not acquainted, I now know things about you which are more than I care to know.
Could be lots o’ reasons.
Maybe he was having a craptacular day.
Maybe he’s just naturally a jerk.
Maybe, just maybe, he’s had to field numerous inquiries from bush lawyers and conspiracy hacks asking him if he is doing his job properly an’ stuff.
That would quickly irk even the most patient of folks, especially when they have work to do.
