He’s off clean? Does that mean he gets his seat back? or his leadership position?

The fight should have started before he gave up his leadership position.

He had one of the safest (d) offices in Texas. He and lord dog nuts had / have the Austin liberals as their voting base.

Earle is running for Lt. Gov.

Earle got defeated in the Dem primary so he out of it unless he's running as a 3rd party which I'm not aware of.

Linda Chavez-Thompson DEM 314,972 53.13%
Ronnie Earle DEM 205,516 34.67%
Marc Katz DEM 72,235 12.18%

The DA in Austin, Ronnie Earle, was the biggest liar.

He did fight which is why he is exonerated.

I don't know how much more a man with a limited budget can do when the budget of the Federal Gov't and the MSM are arrayed against him.

Under GOP (Not democrat) House rules, a member must resign his leadership position upon indictment.

Knowing this, the national rats got a TX prosecutor to indict DeLay. No trial ever, just indictment.

Rats don't oppose, they destroy. We should do the same.
