Yes, I believe most translations are pretty accurate...
read some of the more pertinent excerpts and you’ll see why I think even this exchange on the Free Republic on what is Islam scares me to death...this is nothing to mess around with!

The Muslim lie “The Koran can only be understood in the original Arabic.” is just another Muslim use of what the West called “holy hypocrisy”.

Muslims are allowed to lie. Jews & Christians are not.

Good question. There’s been a lot of skullduggery with “translations” in the past. Let me know of any good direction you get on this. We could also post or email on a good website like Brigitte Gabriel’s or Pamela Geller’s - they’d know. I’d read one in the past, but don’t remember where it came from and now would love to have a keeper to carry with me.
