I am no military genious, but it would seem to me that when South Korea has all of their troops gathered and when the USA has it’s troops right off the coast, it would be the most stupid time in the world to start some sort of retribution.
Now I am not accusing N. Korea of being smart.
Unless they go nuke. A lot of stuff in one place may not be good, in that case. I don’t know what kind of delivery system they have for their nukes?
