Too early to tell. Tancredo also supports legalization of marijuana and homosexual marriage. Most die hard Republicans will not support him in the end but there are enough libertarian leaning voters to spoil the show.
Maes is not out of trouble yet, either. More keeps coming out on his finances and his past statements that lean left are coming back to haunt him. Maes says he’s still learning but his “instincts” are not as solid as conservative voters would like.
