In any court, based on an abundance of clear evidence to the contrary, she would be found guilty of criminal neglegence. Meanwhile, Arizonans face ever-increasing taxes and physical endangerment due to bankrupt public school districts, insolvent hospitals, prison incarcerations, out-of-control social welfare costs and the murder and mayhem caused by the drug cartel.
