IMO that was nothing but another terror attack (albeit for purely psyops effect).
The purpose of the flyover was to remind the citizens of NYC of devastation of 9/11 and to let them know who was now in control of the country.
The mosque will be an eternal reminder of Islam's (and now Obama's) victory over the people of NYC.
Disgusting!
I suggest Muslims in America start looking for cheap travel tickets out of the country.
Obama has fired a shotgun off at the sleeping giant, this has people absolutely PO’ed!
All I heard yesterday from friends and strangers was what to do, quite a few comments I cannot post because it would alert certain key word searches by an acronym agency.
Are people waiting for a cross the line moment to finally get participating more and was this it” I think its a pretty good one, and it may not be the only move Obama will make, I believe he will push and shove some more down our throats.
On the other hand, I am coming to believe that he MIGHT see himself first and foremost as a jihadi.
I am astonished that he didn't show any sensitivity to what the people of NYC and NJ (or the Country as a whole for that matter) felt about a mosque at ground zero. It would have been so easy to say that he understood how people on both sides might feel about this controversial mosque.
But he came down foursquare on the side of those pushy muslims like Abdul Rauf (ignoring those moderate muslims like Zuhdi Jasser who have called the mosque an incitement).
Obama isn’t up on the ballot this November, but lots of Rats are, and they haven’t exactly sounded a ringing condemnation of Obama’s blandishments. The current events definitely are bidding fair to swell the American give-a-damn quotient this November.
I don’t see anti-Islamic riots in America in the immediate future, but the relations just seem to have gotten a few dozen degrees F colder. The Cordoba gang is probably going to soon wish they had let well enough alone, or started with a small mosque to be gradually built up, rather than throwing this grandiose project into the political maelstrom.
I don’t see a future of more Islamic politicians either, its going to be a big deciding factor at the voting booths when people have a choice between a Christian or a Muslim candidate.
However there will be a good and large amount of surrenderists that will follow who they think will be more powerful, so far people believe Islam is unstoppable.
I beg to differ, they have gotten smart enough to place a dodo egg president in a chickens nest but they can be stopped.
We are all Spartans now.
I was kind of saying it, “Toung in Cheek”, knowing that they would not allow it. The problem with allowing “Peaceful muslems” want to spread Islam around the world and do away with Christianity. Also, you show me what a peaceful muslim is. There are none. No religion that treats women the way that they do, is peaceful.
Where are Islamic politicians showing up on the national radar? This is one thing I hear next to nothing about on FR. Obama hogs the spotlight. I thought it was still a rather minor factor. (True, this will probably guarantee it stays minor for another few decades.)
Also, sucking up to Muslims doesn’t seem to have a well defined meme yet in the diversity classes. Perhaps this is largely because they fiercely hate homosexuals. I can’t quite grok the diversity classes going whole hog for Islam (scuse the oxymoron). They were fine as a marginal, semi-abstract sympathy group, but I’m not sure many want them as neighbors.
I don't think he threw Wright under the bus... he just stored him there until a more auspicious time arrives when he can pull him out. I think BHO's more of an atheist with strong Muslim sympathies than anything else. He's too much of a narcissist to really believe in anything that doesn't have him at the top of the pile.
Also, it is worth remembering what Wright studied before his ministry. From Wikipedia:
"In 1959, Wright entered Virginia Union University, a historically black seminary, but became disenchanted and left in 1961 to join the US Navy. Wright then enrolled at Howard University where he received a bachelor's degree in 1968 and a Masters degree in English in 1969. In 1975, Wright earned an additional Masters degree from the University of Chicago Divinity School with a focus on Islam. He received a Doctor of Ministry Degree from United Theological Seminary in 1990 (where he studied under Samuel DeWitt Proctor). "
Right now I would think they are just waiting for Obama to sway the heart of America over to accepting Islam...in all parts of our culture.
Much more important to define the traditional values in proper leadership and stay the course, hold fast to our core beliefs.
We have some very good people out there willing to be elected in offices that are truly patriotic, all the others can go to hell.
Blessed are they who Go Around In Circles, for they shall be known as Wheels.
Yeah, Wright as a slave of Obama might find some role.
Keep digging, Barack!
Thanks for replying. I will ponder the issue overnight, because I must log out soon. I am thinking of Sir Karl Popper at the mo, who wrote about a tolerant community being confronted with advocates of intolerance, and how to deal with that.
Popper is one of my favourite intellectuals, BTW. He fiercely criticized Marxism and the ideas of Freud. ‘The Poverty Of Historicism’ is a must-read.
OH YES, I agree with you about that. GOOD thinking! He got his chuckles for sure!
I keep hearing people say “that mosque will never be built” and I pray they’re right.
Something’s gotta give.
This is too damn much.
Muslime plant in the WH?

Just as Satan takes advantage of God’s gift of freewill to spread sin and disobedience, Allah takes advantage of the freewill of the cultures based on God’s Word to spread Islam, Shariah, and submission to Allah.
So far, I have yet to find one whit of difference between Allah and Satan.

I’m not going to argue the fine points.
:)
Why did I know that he passed through Howard University.
