A thorny problem is in deciding what constitutes a religion and who is to make that call.

That's not a problem with respect to islam. It is a violent political ideology based on their own laws and court system. Islam is anathema to the U.S. Constitution. The two cannot coexist in the U.S.

You cant use the word “co exist” when its intent is to supplant it and replace the government. Islam is a invasive government with its own judiciary that we see in Sharia.

As an invasive whose real intent is to overrun the government, it is in fact an enemy of the state...only thing lacking is guns/other weapons, but, then again, their military arm..Alquaeda, hamas, hezbollah etc etc have that handled.

They are a seditious group and the sooner America learns this the better off she will be.

These people are well schooled on how they can use our own Constitution against us.

Everybody need to understand the kind of evil that motivates some one become a human bomb.

We need to also need to understand why we will never see a headline that reads, "MOSLEM CLERIC SETS OFF BOMB IN CROWDED TRAIN STATION".
