How about a great big old Christian Prayer after practice?
Just make it a general prayer without specificities for the sake of time. Afterall, the kids only practice for so long. There are meetings that my boyfriend & I attend that start with prayer, but everyone prayes as they see fit since there is more than one faith in attendence.
