The sane states should propose an amendment to the Constitution that would mandate the expulsion of Communist-run states such as CA. That is the great flaw in the Constitution...no mechanism for getting rid of the cancer states that are killing this nation.
Why? California is one of the most beautiful parts of America. We won it fair and square.
