I want to know where the FBI stands in all this. In order for obummer to have a security clearance he must pass a background check conducted by the FBI! Are they closing their eyes and ears during all this? I know for a fact, having once had a TS-SIOP-SI clearance that if I had read one communist paper or article, had one communist friend, did one thing illegally, I would have never received my clearance. So how is this a$$hole getting away with it? COULD WE BE WRONG? (I say that sarcastically but geezealou, something’s going on!)

The President and members of Congress get their “clearance” by the virtue of being elected to their respective offices. The clearance is granted “constitutionally”, yeah character matters !
There is NO security vetting process prior to filing then running for office. The Founding Fathers assumed that the voters would care & be responsible enough in the aggregate to take care of that problem.
Think about it, when you fill out the security forms they explicitly say that during the course of this security investigation if any crimes are found then it will be forwarded to the Justice Department. Also any crimes admitted to during a polygraph will also be reported for prosecution.
What politician would put himself in such a “risky position”? The politiican if he hasn't committed crimes puts himself at “judicial risk” from the governing party.
Judging the “ security fitness” of a politician is in the voters hands and too many people don't care!
