The SE is the Silent Eagle 'stealthy' (making a fighter that has a RCS of 30m2 stealthy is so near-magic as to be almost unbelievable ....I'd believe a Rafale with a RCS of 0.2m2 can be made stealthy, but the F-15 is one of the most unstealthy planes out there ....the F/A-18 is a much better airframe for making stealthier). However, the F-15S being talked about here is the Saudi version of the F-15 (in much the same way the F-15K is the South Korean version, the F-15I the Israeli version, etc). They are not talking about the F-15SE.

However, most probably you shall see the Saudis asking for F-15SEs in the future (probably even in their current need for 82 more F-15s ....they must be one of the countries that must be targeted for a F-15SE purchase, together with South Korea. Israel, whether or not Hussein likes it, will also be getting it ....particularly if the JSF continues to bring about issues).
