sounds like yet another state will be filing suit against the federal government. sooner or later, you think that the “smart kids” in the white house would begin to scratch their heads simply over how much time it has to spend in court fighting it’s own states.

Cynical me, I think they’re going to try a sympathy ploy out of this. Already in deep dutch with rednecks, the Bummer folks have pretty well written them off.

Another form of redistribution from the middle class.

Texas should tell the feds to keep their money, then withhold all future monies ordinarily paid to the feds. There are too many lawyers already involved in government and a lawsuit would mean nothing; we've become a culture of litigation.
