There is nothing in the US Constitution that permits the federal govt to usurp the sovereignty of the state of texas in controlling its internal matters.

I for one urge out state officials to just ignore what the EPA says.

I don't get it.

Why is our Governor passing letters to Obama begging him to send troops to secure our border. We have the Texas National Guard. Lets use our own troops to secure the border.
