"I've heard that the judge is gay. If this is true is this a conflict of interest?" As much as I abhor this decision, could the other side say that had the judge been a married heterosexual it would have been a conflict of interest? We are so done....I'm really depressed.......

I thought about that also. I guess that what the majority of people think, no longer matters. So.....change the Constitution, get it over with so nobody can say it’s un-Constitutional.
