So your saying that if a leftist state like California sets up a constitutional dispute in which they are doomed to loose and doesn’t win in the Federal court they can set the presidents which dooms all other states?

Meaning one state can thou deception and mistrials help force a political policy on every other state via dictatorial federal judges.

What a corrupt system I don’t care if this is what the authors of our constitution had in mind if this is what they had in mind we have all been made a fool in accepting it.

Its time to leave this cursed, lawless, and oppressive “union”.

If the case is not appealed, it will not have any direct impact on states outside his jurisdiction. Frankly, given the lousy showing they made in the case, the defense would be wise NOT to push this forward and lose at the SCOTUS.
