I am begging you in California to thro thi stryannical bastard out of his office and dare the judiciary to enforce their BS decision from his bench. DO it...show who the people are...the ones in charge and NOT the black robes of tryanny.
Judge Vaughn Walker is a FEDERAL judge not a Californian State judge. The only way to throw him out is retirement, death, or impeachment and Conviction by the US House and Senate. Everyone in the US can demand their representatives draft articles of impeachment against this judge.
Sorry but California seems to be the state that gets this type of garbage rolling in the first place, (No offense to the good citizens of the state), but you are overrun with people of little moral standard.. or flocking from and thru your borders.
It is beginning here in my state as well...as we see more and more of our laws changed to accomodate the minority “tribes” of various individuals who will not nor do they desire to live descent lifes.
I don’t believe this is California’s decision to dispose of this “judge,” he’s in the federal court system and probably must be dealt with by Congress (a president appointed him.)
