No. It means that Prop 8 is overturned and that gay marriages can immediately begin in California. Other states will then no doubt be forced by other judges to recognize them...and there you go. The will of the people disregarded, and 2-3% of the population have triumphed.

Wonderful, so, I guess my question is, why do we bother to vote? All it takes is a little judge shopping and you can probably get anything passed.
