I said on FR a long time ago, this guy was CLEARLY in over his head as LEADER OF THE FREE WORLD.

He cannot handle this job.

Thus the flubs, the greying hair, the increasing staff resignations, the over defensiveness and the multiple vacations.

And I said, he will not last one term.

And by that I mean either resignation or mental incapacitation due to nervous breakdown, and in a more remote sense, impeachment.

I still hold to it that it will be outgoing President Joe Biden we see up on the dais of the West Capitol in January 2013 as a new Republican president takes the oath of office. Obama will be watching either from a mental ward, or some village in Kenya. I don't wish that on anyone, of course. But that is just the way it is going to shake out, and, well, may the chips fall where they may and may God save our Republic.

He cannot handle this job...Thus the flubs....the over defensiveness and the multiple vacations.

Along your lines, I saved this recently because it was to the point but forgot to note the author...was this your piece?

"In any setting, corporate, government, even social, when a person feels the need to constantly explain her/himself, they are expressing profound insecurity. A hero, a champion, a top performer simply preforms. There is no need for explanation because the results are apparent.

What we have from the man-child is an incessant need to explain to the public why he is so great and why what he has done so far has worked. If you have to explain it, then you have already lost.

Corollaries to Obama’s childish antics:

He argues constantly that his policies have worked and on the other hand, sometimes in the same sentence, he blames Bush or Republican or both for his policies not working.

He does not say plainly what he has done. He pleads. He begs you to believe him. This is a typical sign of a lie. If I ask where were you yesterday and you say, I was at the Mall. Ok That is the end of it. However, if you say, I was at the Mall. Really I was. I promise. I was there really. Then I have my doubts. If you have to ‘sell’ rather than ‘state’ a situation then there is a problem.

This is why he is never working. He is afraid of his job. Like an irresponsible child, he runs to what makes him ‘feel good’. In this case that would be carefully chosen adoring crowds and a fawning media. When he is at work, no matter who is in the room with him, no matter what the issue at hand, he is always the least qualified person in the room. Although his arrogance covers most of this, it eats at him. Eventually he needs another dose of adulation which he uses as a balm for his fragile and frightened ego.

Furthermore, when he is missing meetings and work while on a self-imposed junket across the nation, he gives himself, subliminally, an excuse for not attending all those meetings which intimidate him so much. Essentially, he is ‘running away’ in a very real sense. So no matter what decision is made, if the outcome is negative, he can always claim, I was out of town when they did that.

Obviously, in big-boy world this strategy can never work. But Obama has the mentality of a child and does not know that. In the end, he will be yelling, Why is everyone blaming me!? I was out of town when that happened.

Obama is a child. Eventually, we are all going to pay, Republican and Democrat, for putting this inexperienced, lazy, unqualified, rookie in charge of our country.

The sooner he is gone the better, not just for America, but for the whole world."

Good post, AIT! I’ve thought for a long time that Obama will be the first Prez to resign simply because he’s overwhelmed and tired of the job (corporate CEOs do it all the time; why should Presidents be any different?). Of course, the spin will be some touchy-feely liberal sob story. I’m betting on the Obamas wanting their children to live a “normal life.”

You’re absolutely correct, this guy won’t serve out his 4 years. Frankly, I think he’ll just quit...with Michelle’s encouragement. The whole crew is in over their heads.

He'll leave when he's absconded with enough cash and perks to set him up for perpetuity. At the rate things are going, it may well be sooner than we think.

President Biden has a Village Idiot ring to it, though.

I pray that we will have a Constitutionally-eligible President in the Oval Office.

Regarding BO and his future..."[he] will be watching either from a mental ward, or some village in Kenya." Someone had posted that the newly-adopted Kenyan Constitution contained language stating that the President didn't have to be a citizen of the country. I went looking for that language. I found this on a blog regarding their new Constitution:

http://www.mzalendo.com/category/kenya-constitution/

-----------------------------

Citizenship

- Dual citizenship allowed: a born Kenyan does not lose citizenship by becoming one of another country, and anyone who has lost it is entitled to re-acquire it (14) and (16)

- Citizenship can be acquired by marriage to a citizen for 7 years, or lived in Kenya for 7 years (15) or is an orphan under 8 years can be citizens (14)

[...]

President

- Is (131) head of state, government, and armed forces

- Restricted powers of acting president defined (134) as well as procedure when a president is incapacitated (144) or impeached (145)

- Will be sworn in public (141) (swipe at you know who) two weeks after election results or one week after an election petition verdict by Supreme Court

-----------------------------

Note the "swipe at you know who" regarding the public oath.

I do.

It's a very light and merciful sentence for treason.
