But based on these excerpts — which presumably reflect the thrust of the 10,000-word article — what is striking is the degree of self-pity we find in Obama’s advisers, which is reflected in the president’s words and attitude as well. Team Obama sounds nothing so much as overmatched and overwhelmed, unable to understand what has gone wrong, and increasingly bitter toward the nation’s capital and the pace and nature of politics.

Team Obama: “overmatched and overwhelmed.” Yes, and I can still hardly believe that the American people blindly put these Chicago political hacks into the White House in a time of crisis and peril.

It cured me of a lot of my wondering, I no longer wonder how Germany fell under the spell of Hitler, I no longer wonder how people can worship a stone idol etc. If people can be stupid enough to perceive Barack Hussein Obama as their deliverer there is not even a theoretical limit to human insanity.

I’d love to be proven wrong, but I don’t think he will leave office early; in fact, I think he just might pull off two terms (voter fraud and October surprise, i.e., windfall to some group or other). He’s like a cuckoo clock—the bird makes an appearance/announcement every now and then and goes back in while time marches on. Every day, the media, spinners, and spokespeople try their best to make chicken salad out of chicken feathers. They pretend that he is a real president and that the illogical is perfectly logical. Perfect example is Contentious Brewer defending the indefensible.
People think he will resign because of health/mental issues, but with perpetual vacations, games, parties, how can he be stressed? His release is his 24/7 party mentality. All of his character and moral weaknesses now have unlimited supply of “rewards” from which to feed.

I really really hope you’re wrong. Being a major league narcissist he’ll not quit w/o taking the ship with him. Everything about this guy (and liberals in general) can be summed up in this: death, destruction, mayhem.
Excellent analysis. This is what I have believed for a for a long time now. He is the most incompetent person in any room, he will either use a teleprompter to cover it up or find a excuse, such as golf, vacation, campaign stop, etc. to avoid the situation all tougher.

Obama’s comments several months ago about how too much information is available to people these days backs up the premise of this article.
