I know the CMOH gets a monthly pension for about $1000, I dunno if that goes to their spouse once they die.

The medal of Honor receives $100 per month the last time I checked with William Charette who is a receiptant. They initially received $10 per month but they revised it upwards because of the expense they incurred attending various functions. This sum is non taxable.
