I am trying hard to imagine Ronald Reagan campaigning for one GOP candidate against another Republican in a GOP primary outside his home state. Still trying. Sorry, I can't even imagine such a thing.

But Reagan would have led a unified party in support of the GOP nominee.

You have zero understanding of what the process is.

The purpose of a primary election is to choose the NOMINEE!

Get it???

Until the primary is over, we have no nominee.
