If I understand what Deal did, which was to apparently steer no bid government contracts to his family business, then I dont want him as my governor. Its typical politician behavior....unethical if not illegal. Why do you think he resigned from the House? Besides, anyone who has served as many terms in Washington as he did needs to get out of politics and find honest work. Am I a cynical Georgia resident? You betcha. Will I vote for Deal? Betcha not.

There were no good choices yesterday. The Fulton County bureaucrat with a nasty negative campaign who lies about supporting the Log Cabin Republicans versus the 17 year former democrat congressman. It was not an easy choice and I finally decided based on personnal references from people who had dealt with both. They were overwhelmingly for Deal.

Will I vote for Deal? Betcha not.

In November you get the McCain Quandry. Do you want to go back to Governor Barnes? Gonna sit this one out or vote 3rd party?
