What he is implying seems to be that all Hispanics are illegal aliens. Or that there are no illegal aliens. He, in any event, doesn’t distinguish between American citizens who are Hispanic and those who are not. He simply judges them by the color of their skin.

Only recent border-jumpers or those with intentions of bringing relatives over fall for the amnesty BS. To the rest, amnesty means competition, crime, and congestion.
