He gave $23Million to Kenya so they could produce a new national constitution.
This document has received a publicity state-side due to allowing legal abortion for the first time in that nation’s history. Something ignored by U.S.A. journalists and pundits alike is that this constitution changed the eligibility requirements for Kenya’s presidency so that now Barak Hussein Obama II can run for president there!
I wonder how many billions he has drawn off of stimulus and TARP funds, channeling that cash into numbered bank accounts around the world for his later use.
