But flying in AK is not for the faint of heart.

I once took a small plane ride (6-seater) around Mt. Denali (McKinnley). It was overcast on the ground, but windy and snowy by the peak. Otherwise, it was 737's from Deadhorse to Anchorage.

I doubt I'd do the sightseeing plane again...

Sure, Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks, you’re cool.

Those little puddle jumpers are where the fun is. And that place is BIG. Air travel is the only way.
